Sudoku freedom

I’ve worked it out! It’s because it’s solvable. It might take a while but you can do it. Whereas, in my case at least, crosswords are a complete pain; even on the easy ones there’s something you can’t do, and anything cryptic or serious, I usually can’t start.

I remember Maths homework: somehow, although I was crap at Maths by A-level (calculus etc), I could always spend hours on it without realising. Whereas with English, the time used to drag terribly.

Anyway, I only buy two newspapers a week, so it a manageable addiction, but another which I must overcome.

Onwards to vice-freedom.
